Editorial Standards

We publish decision content for software buyers. This page defines the minimum bar for what gets indexed and treated as current editorial guidance.

Review Protocol

Indexed CRM pages are manually edited. AI can help with drafting structure, but publication requires a human editorial pass.
We do not knowingly publish invented benchmarks, fabricated reviewer identities, or fake first-hand testing claims.
Pricing, feature, and positioning claims should point back to a vendor source, a public source, or a page-level evidence note.
Affiliate and tracked vendor links are allowed, but they do not set page verdicts or shortlist order.
Pages that fall below the current quality bar should be rewritten, noindexed, or removed from the primary editorial set.

What we are actively avoiding

We are moving away from scaled review inventory that reads like interchangeable template output.

We do not want pages that sound authoritative but cannot show sourcing, decision logic, or a real editorial reason to exist.

The current focus is a smaller CRM library with stronger pages, clearer methodology, and better source transparency.
